Individual Counselling Sessions

I offer 1-on-1 counselling sessions via telehealth. In-person sessions are also available at Melbourne Psychology & Counselling.

These sessions are focused creating a collaborative approach to uncover the underlying patterns to your behaviour and explore what living a meaningful life looks like for you.

I enjoy assisting clients who are experiencing:

  • anxiety, including panic attacks and OCD

  • depression

  • ADHD

  • women's health issues (coping with endometriosis, fibroids, fertility and other reproductive health concerns)

  • life transitions

  • grief and loss

  • addiction and substance use issues

  • relationship concerns
